I cannot give these bags favorable ratings. What a disappointment! I have ordered other similar envelope/bags on-line through amazon from other companies. I accidentially ordered these and was very disappointed in the quality. The ones I received have trouble sticking closed. I have to secure it with tape as the adhesive doesn't work on the envelope. I also think the quality of the bag is not good- very thin. I won't make the same mistake twice!

These were an awesome find, and have saved me money in postage and packing since I began using them awhile ago.
I have found that items over 2 lbs, especially those with sharp edges (like books) can rip the envelope and are better suited to a regular box. For lightweight items though, simply wrap with some cardboard for protection, slip the item inside, seal the top and you're done.
